About Our Community

The Townhomes of Country Village is a beautiful Spanish-style townhouse community with red clay tile roofs nestled in a quiet corner of northwest Miami-Dade County. Built in the early 80s by Lennar Homes, Inc., the Townhomes consist of clusters of four to eight homes, totaling 191. There are two, three and four bedroom styles, with over half having an attached one-car garage. Many townhomes sit on the edge of an 11-acre private lake and beach area, surrounded, in part, by a private park with huge, rare trees. All of the others have spacious, private, fenced-in back yards. There are expansive areas of common area with lots of grass, trees and shrubs.
Conveniently located just north of Miami Gardens Drive (NW 186 Street) and just east of NW 67 Avenue (Ludlum Road) in Miami, it is just minutes to I-75, the Florida Turnpike, and the Palmetto Expressway (SR 826). One would think it would be congested with all the major connections, but the Townhomes is nestled in a peaceful, tree-lined community. There is a post office within walking distance, as well as Publix and Sedano’s grocery stores and a Walgreens and CVS. Joella Goode Elementary school is in our back yard, and American High School is only a block south of Miami Gardens Drive. As far as shopping goes, there are three shopping centers close by with such great stores as Burger King, Taco Bell, Panera Bread, Checkers, Super Cuts, Planet Fitness, Navarro’s, Little Caesar’s Pizza, Dunkin Donuts, Pearle Vision (eye care), Wells Fargo, Bank of America, Chase and Citibank. There is a Target and Walmart just down the street, and a Costco and BJs minutes away.
The Townhomes is one of five subassociations of the Country Village Master Association. The Willis D. Harding park and lake are for the exclusive use of the Country Village residents. There are picnic areas with BBQ grills and picnic tables, a walking path, exercise stations, and playground equipment for the children.

The Townhomes is a member of the Country Village Homeowner’s Association, which is the master association that oversees the 2,276 living units. It consists of one condominium complex, two townhouse communities, and a villa community, all with their own associations. About half of the Association is single family homes, which have no subassociation.
The residents of the Townhomes are very proud of their community and it shows by the manner in which their property and surrounding area is maintained. It’s a quiet neighborhood with friendly people who look out for each other. Our property values remain stable because our owners are concerned.
The Townhomes is professionally managed by Reliable Property Management Services, Inc., who also manages the Master Association.  Our maintenance fees are low because of the great homeowners who are willing to serve on the Board of Directors and who care very much about the community and keeping things tidy and repaired.
There is no pool (many swim in the lake) or children’s play area because there are two parks within walking distance: Willis D. Harding, our own private park and the Country Village Park, a Miami-Dade county supported park. Both of these factors help to keep our maintenance fees low. Animals are allowed, but must be kept on leashes when outside. There are Doggie Clean-up Stations located throughout the community for your convenience.
Townhomes is the kind of place you can be proud to come home to.
